While employed at AT&T, he graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. His unique expertise has developed over a career at AT&T including, managing a team as a Manager-Network Operations, developing new applications as a Specialist-Network Support and providing system engineering as a Senior-Network Support.
